Hasegawa's 1/48 scale D3A1 Val is available online from Squadron.com

Here is my1/48 D3A1 Val from Hasegawa. The kit is very well-detailed and I built it almost straight from the box.

The seat belts are from Fine Molds and gun sight is from Eduard.

This Val belonged to Imperial Japanese Navy aircraft carrier "Shokaku" flying squadron in Coral Sea battle in May 1942.And the pilot was Captain Masao Yamaguchi.

The flight deck of "Shokaku" is from Eduard. It was finished on June 4,2005.(the Battle of Midway's 63rd anniversary)

The two figures are from Hasegawa and Fine Molds.

The details, of course, cannot be compared with those resin ones like Jaguar or SOL. But the price is also very reasonable!
