Here are some photos of my 1/48 scale Junkers Ju 88
G-6 from Dragon.
This machine was attached to NJG 101. A photo of
this aircraft appears in Monogram's Ar 234 Monarch book together with an
Arado Ar 234.

The
camouflage is the standard late Ju 88 night fighter camouflage of
overall RLM 76 Light Blue with RLM 75 Grey Violet mottles, with a dense
overspray in a squiggle pattern (spaghetti) of RLM 81 Brown Violet.
I used Testor's Model Masters enamels, but I
substituted Testor's Camouflage Helo Drab for RLM 81.
The cockpit received extra detail. I made the
canopy from clear thermoform and then added the inner tubular structure.

I also scratch built extra detail in the landing
gear bays, and likewise the tail wheel bay.

The cannon barrels were made from metal tubes.
Decals were printed on my Alps MD 5000 printer.
