This is my interpretation of UM's 1/72 Marder III, as reviewed in October on HyperScale.

The model goes together quite well although care needs to be taken while assembling the lower hull to make sure everything is square.

The photo-etched parts are a little on the thick side so apart from the equipment box I didn't use it. I found it easier to make the guard supports out of thin plastic sheet.

The paints I've used are Tamiya enamels, Tamiya acrylics for washes and gloss coat and Testor’s Dullcote. The finish was then dusted down with Tamiya Weathering Master pastels.

The colour scheme I chose was from the back of the box but the decals are not included on the decal sheet, so they had to come from the spares box.

The figures are Prieser that I had painted up for another kit which I had abandoned earlier.

It's been a fun kit to build and I hope you get as much out of it.
