This new vignette is based
on two 1/35 scale Warriors figures reviewed previously on HyperScale.
They are:
35534 - Waffen SS Corpse
(skeletal remains); USD$12.95 and
35484 - US Paratrooper with
MG and ammunition, USD$12.95

This vignette depicts a US
Airborne soldier walking through an area of forest that has seen lots of
action, avoiding looking at the aging remains of a fallen SS soldier.
I understand that the
subject is grim, but I am trying to show a real aspect of the war, as
tragic as it might be.

Painting,
Weathering and Base
|
Both figures
are painted using Vallejo Acrylics.
The base is DAS
Clay, static grass and roots from a small tree painted with Tamiya
acrylics, and lightly dusted with MIG Pigments.

Thanks to VLS
for the review figures.
